The aim of this kind of paper is usually to assess the associated with outsourcing on performance of organizations. Freelancing is a tactical use of outdoors resources to do activities which might be usually dealt with by inner staff and resources. The target human population for the research was 62 employees. The instruments for data collection were questionnaires and interview schedule. The questionnaire was administered for the employees.
